How Do I Respond To a Message That Asks For a Return Receipt?

When you receive a message requesting a return receipt, your incoming message displays a Sender Requests Read Receipt notice.

Click Confirm to verify the return receipt. Convergence notifies the sender that you have read the message.

Click Cancel to disregard the request.

After you select a response, the Sender Requests Read Receipt notice goes away.
