To join a web conference:

If the web conference you want to join is scheduled as part of a calendar event that appears in your calendar:
1. From your calendar view, open the calendar event details.
2. Click the Join Meeting link.
If the web conference you want to join is not part of a calendar event in your calendar:
1. Request the web conference access details from the event organizer.
