Web Conferencing

You can schedule a web conference as part of a calendar event with multiple attendees.

A web conference is an online meeting. Web conferencing is an optional Convergence component and may not be available in your deployment. Ask your system administrator if web conferencing features are available.

Depending on the web conference service provider (for example, Cisco WebEx), you may have access to some of the following features:

• Screen sharing
• Shared control
• Web cam
• Conference chat
