How Do I Schedule a Web Conference?

You can schedule a web conference as part of a calendar event.

To schedule a web conference:

  1. From the Quick Launch toolbar, click the New Event icon.
    A New Event tab appears.
  2. From the Web Conference list, select the web conference service provider.

  3. In the Username and Password field, enter your credentials for the selected web conference service.
    You can also save your web conference credentials in Web Conference Options. See Setting Web Conference Preferences for more information.

  4. In the Meeting Password field, enter the password your attendees will need to access the web conference.
    Some deployments are not configured with a web conference service provider. In such a case, the Web Conference list is not visible.
